Challenge

The City of Carlsbad is seeking a simple solution to track the inspection of 1400 assets annually for our city staff.

Background

 A team of 2 people is responsible for inspecting 1400 assets annually and verifying that the owners are maintaining the assets in order to keep the city in compliance with our municipal permit.  The activities require combining data from multiple systems, tracking inspections and managing owner interactions.  They are currently doing this with only a spreadsheet and are in need of a system to better support these efforts. 

Requirements & Outcome

The system should be able to combine data from multiple systems, track inspections and manage owner interactions. Currently, this is being done with a single spreadsheet.
